​FREE TASTER SESSIONS

To sign up for a free taster session:
Everyone interested in joining the club as a new member can enjoy two free taster sessions.   Before the session please fill in the form to the right with your contact details.

To sign up you will need:
  1. ​Full sign-up dossier containing the sign up form, attestation form and health questionnaire
  2. One passport sized photo
  3. Copy of your/your child's ID or livret de famille (for new members)
  4. ​Medical certificate if required  - all new adult members,  persons ticking 'yes' on the questionnaire or adults whose medical certificate has expired (3 years)
  5. Payment in full for the year​​
Please make sure you come to the Forum des Sports with your forms already filled in.
​For insurance reasons only applicants who have supplied all the above elements will be allowed to take part in lessons.
Please read and agree to respect the club charter and code of conduct 
Insurance - all our members are covered by basic insurance.  See the downloadable file here for additional cover.  
All members of our club have the basic cover outlined in the 'garanties de base' in the document below.  All members have the option to upgrade to one of the additional levels of cover (see page 1).  The benefits outlined in options 1 and 2 replace those in the basic cover - they are not additional benefits.  To sign up for one of these options please use ths form  to contact Gras Savoye with a cheque for the correct amount.
